An example of a record label is young money entertainment. This record label specialise in rap. Artists they have signed are Lil Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj. It was founded in 2005, it already have seven albums which reached number one in the USA. The label has sign over 25 artists. Young money entertainment is a company controlled by Universal music group so
it has a solid backing.

Another example of a record label is Aftermath. The record label specialise in
hip hop and rap. The producer of the record label is Dr Dre. It was founded in 1996 and is located in the USA. Current artists at the record label are Eminem and Kendrick Lamar. The labels acts over the years have earned RIAA certificates of platinum or higher on 16 of its 20 released albums.

Another example of a record label is Syco music which is a record label produce by Simon Cowell. This record label varies it genre's quite a lot which tells you Simon Cowell just wants to make money off anything as possible. It was found in 2002 and it is a British label. Artists include Ella Henderson, Labrinth and One direction. The record label has had 33 number ones in the UK so far in history. 

Our record label is called Sampson Miracle. This is one of the ideas for a record label and basically it meant to look indie. But looking at it again it look more pop as indie would have bright colours while pop normally have simple things.
